We currently have an opening in our Customer Service Department in Vancouver, BC.

Job description:

- Track and Trace cargo and provide updates to the customer
- Maintain constant line of communication with the customer
- Receive daily calls to assist the customer
- Resolve all customer complaints and problems
- Solve issues with shipments as they arise
- Assists documentation in regards to questions about rates/terms on bills etc.
- Responds to inquiries, by email or phone, from clients/vendors and other ZIM offices

Job Type: Full-time


- Ocean Freight: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer Literacy
